In South Africa FICA is a legal framework which exists to help identify the proceeds of unlawful activities and to combat activities related to money laundering. In order for Yesplay to complete your FICA verification, you need to submit a certified copy of your ID document and your proof of residence (not older than 3 months).

You can also use a letter from your local councilor as a proof of residence. This FICA verification process must be complete before you withdraw any funds. Your certified copy of your ID document and your proof of residence must be emailed to for verification.

Your documents will be verified within a few hours and then you are eligible to make a withdrawal.

  • Funds will only be paid into bank accounts that are in the name of the Yesplay member’s name.

  • The withdrawal time for bank transfers are between 24 and 72 hours while the Instant Cash option could take up to 24 hours but is generally much quicker.
  • The maximum payout is R2000000 (2 Million Rands) a day.

Please note the different times for the different withdrawal methods. If you do not receive your funds in the stipulated times, then contact to query the possible reasons for the delay. You can also contact Yesplay telephonically on 021 200 5992.

Yesplay have been superb with their deposit methods but unfortunately they only have two methods to withdraw. Before you attempt to withdraw your funds please remember that your FICA documents will need to be verified first.
