Firstly you need to submit your FICA documents for verification, once this is complete, you are ready to withdraw your winnings.
How to FICA your account
In South Africa FICA is a legal framework which exists to help identify the proceeds of unlawful activities and to combat activities related to money laundering. In order for Yesplay to complete your FICA verification, you need to submit a certified copy of your ID document and your proof of residence (not older than 3 months).
You can also use a letter from your local councilor as a proof of residence. This FICA verification process must be complete before you withdraw any funds. Your certified copy of your ID document and your proof of residence must be emailed to support@yesplay.co.za for verification.
Your documents will be verified within a few hours and then you are eligible to make a withdrawal.
Yesplay Fica bonus after registration
Yesplay does not currently have a specific bonus for FICA registration but once your documents are verified, you can claim your first deposit match offer of up to R3000. This welcome offer is among the best on the market due to the low wagering requirements that only require a 3 times rollover.

Conclusion
Yesplay have been superb with their deposit methods but unfortunately they only have two methods to withdraw. Before you attempt to withdraw your funds please remember that your FICA documents will need to be verified first.
We suggest using the Instant Money option at Yesplay as you could possibly have your winnings within a few hours. It could take up to 24 hours if the Instant withdrawal is made on a Sunday.
It is hoped that Yesplay will add more withdrawal options in the not too distant future.
The Instant Cash withdrawal method is excellent as it usually takes between 3-4 hours although the bookie says up to 24 hours. Your money is easily accessible at a multitude of ATMs and retail outlets so I highly recommend that you use this method to withdraw your winnings.
